ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများသည် PikoShield App၊ website၊ licenses၊ servers၊ updates နှင့် support ကို သက်ရောက်သည်။ PikoShield ကို တင်သွင်းခြင်း၊ activate လုပ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် သင်က သဘောတူသည်ဟု မှတ်ယူမည်။
၁။ အသုံးပြုခွင့်နှင့် သဘောတူညီမှု
သင်နေထိုင်ရာဒေသ၏ ဥပဒေအရ ဤသဘောတူညီချက်ကို လက်ခံနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။ PikoShield သည် အသက် ၁၃ နှစ်အောက်ကလေးများအတွက် မရည်ရွယ်ပါ။ အဖွဲ့အစည်းကိုယ်စားသုံးလျှင် ထိုသို့လုပ်ရန် ခွင့်ပြုချက်ရှိကြောင်း အတည်ပြုသည်။
၂။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု
PikoShield သည် VPN connectivity၊ server selection၊ diagnostics၊ licensing၊ device management နှင့် service notices ကို ပေးသည်။ Features နှင့် server availability သည် plan၊ device၊ network၊ region၊ maintenance နှင့် release version အလိုက် ကွာနိုင်သည်။
၃။ License၊ Device နှင့် Allowance
License တွင် expiry၊ data allowance၊ server tier၊ device limit နှင့် ဝယ်ယူ/activate လုပ်ချိန် ဖော်ပြထားသော သတ်မှတ်ချက်များ ပါနိုင်သည်။ Key ကိုလျှို့ဝှက်ထားပါ။ Device allowance ကျော်၍မျှဝေခြင်း၊ unauthorized resale၊ reverse engineering သို့မဟုတ် accounting bypass မပြုရ။ Fraud၊ chargeback၊ abuse သို့မဟုတ် အရေးကြီးဖောက်ဖျက်မှုရှိလျှင် access ကို suspend/revoke လုပ်နိုင်သည်။

PikoShield ကို “ရရှိနိုင်သည့်အတိုင်း” ပေးသည်။ ဥပဒေခွင့်ပြုသည့်အတိုင်း အဆက်မပြတ် သို့မဟုတ် error-free operation ကို အာမမခံဘဲ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ထိန်းချုပ်မှုအပြင်ဖြစ်ရပ်ကြောင့် ဖြစ်သော indirect/consequential loss ကို တာဝန်မယူပါ။ ဥပဒေအရ မဖယ်ရှားနိုင်သော consumer rights သို့မဟုတ် liability ကို ဤစည်းမျဉ်းက မကန့်သတ်ပါ။
