Terms of Service

These terms govern the PikoShield app, website, licenses, servers, updates, and support. By installing, activating, or using PikoShield, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be legally able to enter this agreement where you live. PikoShield is a general-audience service and is not intended for children under 13. If you use PikoShield for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
2. The service
PikoShield provides VPN connectivity, server selection, connection tools, diagnostics, licensing, device management, and service notices. Features and server availability can vary by plan, device, network, region, maintenance status, and release version.
3. Licenses, devices, and allowances
A license may include an expiry date, data allowance, server tier, device limit, and other conditions shown at purchase or activation. Keep the license key confidential. A license cannot be resold, shared beyond its device allowance, automated, reverse engineered, or used to bypass accounting. We may suspend or revoke access for fraud, chargeback, abuse, unauthorized resale, or a material breach.
4. Acceptable use
Use PikoShield only for lawful purposes. Do not use it for unauthorized access, malware, phishing, fraud, exploitation, harassment, spam, infringement, attacks, interference with networks, or activity that harms people or services. You remain responsible for your actions and for complying with laws that apply to you.
5. Availability and network conditions
We work to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular speed, location, destination, or censorship-bypass result. Internet providers, destination services, upstream networks, device restrictions, emergency maintenance, and events outside our control may affect connectivity. PikoShield may move, drain, restrict, or retire servers to protect users and the service.
6. Updates and official software
Security, compatibility, or minimum-version updates may be required. Install PikoShield only from the official download page. An update must be signed with the same PikoShield signing identity to install over an existing release. Modified, redistributed, or unofficial APKs are unsupported and may be unsafe.
7. Payments, renewals, and refunds
Prices, currency, duration, allowance, renewal action, and accepted payment method must be disclosed before a sale. Unless explicitly stated, licenses do not renew automatically. Refund eligibility will depend on the offer, service already consumed, technical verification, and rights that cannot legally be waived. Never send card numbers, passwords, or one-time codes to a seller or support agent.
8. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains limited service data and VPN traffic handling. You are responsible for device security, protecting license information, and reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PikoShield at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to secure the service, respond to legal obligations, prevent harm, address non-payment, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or a way to contact Support.
10. Disclaimers and liability
PikoShield is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect product, security, commercial, or legal changes. Material changes will be announced before they take effect when reasonably possible. Questions can be submitted through the official Support Center.
These terms are a product-ready baseline and should be reviewed for the operator’s final business entity, sales countries, refund rules, and governing law before broad commercial launch.
